- Looks good on a resume - Lots of different possible projects and teams so it is easy to always be learning something new
Cons
- High turnover, people come here for the resume entry and then leave for companies that treat their employees better - Out of touch executive team with extremely poor communication skills, whenever a big decision is made nobody knows what is going on, even up to a VP level - Leadership Principles are not followed by executive teams, they’re just there to chastise you
