- stock option - health insurance - extremely focus on data and KPIs
Cons
- work-life balance - standards do not always fit: it’s hard to make the difference as an individual; this can lead to dissatisfaction - metrics are good but…the only thing that matters is reaching the target no matters how you reach it. This usually leads to getting the stuff done for the sake of not being challenged by trying to get ways of faking the metric instead of working on a value-add process which can lead to a long term useful solution.
