Pros
Onboarding experience was super interesting, my org allowed me to learn, grow and develop providing valuable feedback along the way. It overwhelming at the start but got better each day. It helped that everyone I approached were always willing to help
Cons
Scope is not clear because of the massive scale the company works on, it would be much better to be onboarded onto a team only after understanding Amazon peculiar way first
