- Always connected to customers - There is always action - There is always another large scale & high impact problem to solve - Grows people. Special focus on moving around in teams and learning new things - $ - Everyone is leader here
Cons
- For SDEs, I couldn't think much of cons. May be we can do better to reduce the Carbon footprint.
