Pros
This is where you will be able to learn a lot that can benefit your whole career. You get to work with great people to solve complex/challenging issues for the customers. You also get so many opportunities to work on different things (transferring to a different team is easy).
Cons
For some of the teams, work/life balance can be a problem if it's a concern. This is certainly not a company-wide thing so it all depends on the team you are on.
