Pros
Good cutting edge technology. Stock value appreciates but that you can find in other companies
Cons
Very long hours of work No respect , manager thinks he can bully anyone in submission. HR policy does not protect any employee from getting fired even when it is unfair. Money wise is not not at par with other FANNG companies Very stressful during launch times. I have worked avg of 60 hours a week on a good week. Worked on many weekend. I would say to stay away from the company specially AWS. Join only if you are desperate for job or use AWS offer to negotiate with other companies.
