Pros
Great company culture, we are all treated as leaders. You learn a lot and you learn it quickly. Tons of resources to draw from and for the most part everyone just wants to help everyone else. Really live by the leadership principles its not just a gimmick. Extremely rewarding job not just monetarily but also in the relationship and skills you build.
Cons
Work will often take more than 8hrs a day to complete. There is a strong possibility that you'll require weekend/off hours to stay productive. You're encouraged to set time aside for professional development but that is not reflected in the workload you're given so often times your professional development will come during off hours. Often times it may feel like you're being "thrown to the wolves" but it is important to remember that there are tons of resources (including your managers) that are willing to help if you need it.
