The technology in this company is ancient and I am embarrassed to call a tech company. The platform is loosely pieced together with poor software acquisition, seemed like management rolled the dice when it comes to M&A. No significant improvements were made on core products since I joined, we just repackage and rebrand with buzz words that made ZERO sense.
Altus also likes to layer in clueless managers/directors of one colour to micro-manage old staffers and they stay for 2-3 quarters and realised they are in over their heads then quit or asked to leave. The qualify of new hires is a literal joke, we can hire people NO sales experience and POOR command of English for Senior sales positions, to add extra insult to injury, they are paid way higher than current/old staff. Altus likes to reward incompetency! We changed management twice throughout 4 years and recycle ideas that clearly don't work i.e create new departments and force us to work together then break us up and add in new clueless managers to micro manage. a good excuse for management to hire their friends or band mates for VP positions with high salaries.
A huge red flag when the CEO Mike Gordon bailed after 3 active quarters in and passed the torch to his bass guitar player.
