      Pros

      The team I worked with was great to work with, and I consider them friends. The work was exciting, and kept the work week interesting. The technologies were on the cutting edge, and it felt like we were really making a difference. Work from home with flexible work hours. Flexibility to move within company.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher to attract, and retain talent. For a big company, the internal operations seem smooth, but it can be an adjustment if coming from a small company.

      Out of touch management. They don't even know how to use the products they sell.
