Pros
Working at Aloware for almost five years helped me grow significantly in both sales and business acumen. The product is competitive and innovative, and I was able to learn a lot about SaaS, customer needs, and scaling processes. The CEO, while polarizing to many, is a sharp businessman there are lessons you can carry over if you plan to run a business someday. Compensation is decent, especially if you’re based outside the United States, and the company offers opportunities to learn fast in a dynamic environment.
Cons
Leadership and management structure still need maturity. Many managers operate on surface-level assessments and fail to dig deeper into performance context, which can lead to unfair judgments. Internal communication can feel misaligned at times, and mediocrity within some teams affects accountability and culture. The organization would benefit from stronger, people-focused leaders who can inspire, mentor, and develop rather than simply manage tasks.
