Aloware interview questions

Initial phone interview with recruiter, you then have to video yourself giving a mock pitch to a potential client, a zoom interview, then an in person interview. I very much so believe that this company is "interviewing" to appear like they are a growing company. I went through the entire process and received a call from the recruiter that they would have an offer to me by end of day then they ghosted me for a week to tell me they went with someone else even though there are multiple positions open. This company is a red flag.
