I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aloware (Scottsdale, AZ) in Feb 2025
Interview
Initial phone interview with recruiter, you then have to video yourself giving a mock pitch to a potential client, a zoom interview, then an in person interview.
I very much so believe that this company is "interviewing" to appear like they are a growing company. I went through the entire process and received a call from the recruiter that they would have an offer to me by end of day then they ghosted me for a week to tell me they went with someone else even though there are multiple positions open. This company is a red flag.

Interview
Horrible experience. The company uses the interview process just to gather information from candidates only to remove the posting after multiple interviews and assessments.
Part of the interview process is to complete what they call an "assessment" when really they only want you to tell them how to complete a project so they can remove the posting and do it themselves.
personable people that cared about who I was and what I wanted long term. It never felt robotic speaking with them, very easy going, I had to conduct a phone call, then a video pitch, another interview and then the offer
