Micro-management. Constant fluctuations with work processes. Overbooked. Sick days are required to be made up the same Saturday regardless of vacation hours. Don’t get take home vehicle unlike most companies. Vacations denied at times even when given the 30 day required notice. Mandatory meetings after hrs that have been known to go on until 10P.M. On a weekday “not paid”. Weekend “getaway” *long meeting* mandatory once a year Not paid, but get a hotel/food. Retaliation for not attending but will make another reason. Owner is hands on but has been known to get upset and change things mid stream so to speak. Salesman are not properly trained and just sell to sell even if the issue cannot be resolved.
