      -Management genuinely cares -PTO, insurance, 401k, paid holidays -The work environment is positive, no toxicity at all. -Plenty of room for growth -Strong company culture and values -Hard work is acknowledged, appreciated, and rewarded

      This does not reflect on the company, but customers can be VERY picky about their pest control

      Decent pay checks, thats it.

      Cons

      Optional meetings are actually mandatory. You have to kiss alot of butt to get promoted. Constantly shifting goal posts. Encouraged to mislead consumers. Lure you with potential stock ownership that is of no value at this point.
