Pros
Good benefits, location and opportunity to move in the organization
Cons
The company does NOT treat it's existing employees fairly. It's not uncommon for employees with more than 3-5 years experience in the group to be making 15-25% less than new hires off the street doing the same job. Promotions are limited to 10% pay increase even if your 25% below market. Lateral moves are 2-3% with annual raises being below national averages. They prefer the good people leave so they can pay high recruiting fees, higher wages than the old employee would have been excited to get and to replace them with lower quality workers thus burdening the remaining quality staff even more. To top it off they constantly state how they want good engagement and need to focus on attracting and RETAINING talent... Pay them fairly. The dividends are 10 fold
