Pros
Colleagues are generally helpful and no back stabbing. Feels like working with old friends. Everyone is encouraging and nice. Lunching in house helps.
Cons
Too far. Even though transport is provided, we need to wake up early to catch it. And the bus arrives in office 20mins before the work starts.
