      Pros

      good people, good training, the management is well ordered and do care about the clients, they likewise have efficient registration.

      Cons

      lack of clear leads and there is a need for the management to be more hard nosed about the output of the agents.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
