      Pros

      Great insurance package Pay day is on the 15th and 30th of each month instead of bi weekly Off most federal holidays

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime. All management cares about is you meeting your production number. When you reach out to management with a question instead of directing you where to find the answer you are always asked "what do you think you should to"?

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
