      - unlimited income based on your own aggressiveness and sales - opportunities to grow by recruiting others - lots of face-to-face customer interaction - good training program

      Cons

      - constant search for companies willing to offer Aflac to employees - cold calling and door knocking - management above your level makes lots of money for your hard work - high turnover

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
