      Pros

      Unlimited income, training, trips, satisfaction of helping others. After 11+ years the Aflac team is my family.

      Cons

      It's a tough transition for anyone going into a new role. The first year is hard but will be the most rewarding decision you ever make for the right hardworking person.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
