      Pros

      Fortune 200 company looks good on a resume. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      No diversity in my leadership even though Aflac likes to claim it is diverse. Whole areas of the business gets ignored for years. No promotions, no raises. rarely promotes from within. Take your talents elsewhere. It’s amature hour here. Salary isn’t great.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
