      Pros

      They make you feel welcome. The job sounds great. The atmosphere is relaxed.

      Cons

      It's a sales position and it's not mentioned in the interview. You don't make money unless you set appointments. There is no base pay.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
