      Pros

      Aflac takes very good care of their employees. 401k plan, bonus program, paid time off.

      Cons

      Not a con of the company itself, but my position does not have growth potential. I work in an independent office, not in the corporate office.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
