Pros
They have fantastic benefits. The culture is great, the people are wonderful. It is an excellent company to work for all around.
Cons
They pay as if the time period is 20 years ago. Interns come in around 50k, level 1 is 70, level 2 is 85. You could easily work here for 5-6 years before you ever see 6 figures. Even if you are on top of raises, you would make substantially more by just leaving.
