      - Management without a clue of what they are doing - Extremely toxic environment - Many of the people in leadership do not have the basic skills to cover the bare minimum requirements for a position like that, yet they are still there - The community in this company only supports their own peer nationals and would never do something to each other even though their work is unacceptable

      Pros

      Getting to work with great people from all different countries. You are given ownership of your work and able to grow your career more quickly, if you can keep up with the fast pace. Ability to work remote is huge.

      Cons

      Very competitive industry and company is growing so things can change quickly. Fast-paced and dynamic environment is not for everyone. Going through a new growth stage so there are some growing pains.
