Overall the process was very smooth, organized, and a positive experience. Initial call with Talent Acquisition manager gave a good overview of position, company culture, and interview process. The hiring manager and all of the people I met throughout the interview process were very open and transparent, and felt a good energy from the team. Good communication throughout each of the stages as well, including reminders, follow ups, and check-ins.

Avoid this company at all costs. Told recruiter my title and compensation targets and they said they would meet them. Interviewd for 2 months with 3 c-level people and two vps. Gave me lowball offer that was lower than title of job req and comp discussed. Before accepting interview with them read reviews about them — they don’t pay and lack integrity at the senior levels. They thought I was desperate because I wasn’t currently with a company. Obviously I rejected their offer and didn’t even counter. The more worrisome thing is they treated me like this trying to recruit me for senior level pm role I can imagine how they treat lower level folks.

Interview
The screening interview was smooth and with the steps very well described. Unfortunately the position was put on hold. The interviewer told me the process consisted of three interviews after the screening. One with a PM, the next one with a Director, and another one with a high stakes leader.
