You will work with some very smart and very nice people in a challenging environment. More likely a stepping stone.
Cons
Not very employee focused. Need to cut costs has affected compensation, benefits, opportunities for advancement and work environment. Some very smart managers but many lack leadership skills. Poor communications between executives and employees.
