Pros

They’re in a nice building.

Cons

They fire and hire like an assembly line. I just witnessed them lay off about 60 employees due to company wanting to restructure and have a smaller head count. Yet, they’re hiring more agents? Poor training, bad leads, management has no clue what they’re doing. You ask questions and it takes days IF you’re to get an answer. This company lies about your commission AND they have clawbacks on the measly few bucks you make on the sale. Don’t make this a career if you are a single parent or are relying on this job for security. You’ll get fired before you can even blink.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're pleased that you found the role offered steady pay, flexibility, and a remote work environment. We are concerned by your comment regarding feeling verbally abused. Treating employees with respect is a core expectation at AWL, and experiences that fall short of that standard are taken seriously. We also recognize that leadership experiences can vary, and we continue to invest in coaching and development to ensure our leaders are equipped to support their teams effectively. Thank you for your feedback, and we wish you the best moving forward.

Pros

Work from home Quick hiring process

Cons

Must listen to every thing they say to a “T”. Literally no room for error although it’s a mystical facade that we all make mistakes and can learn as long as we are willing to try! It’s $14 an hour an absolutely the most Micro-managed position I’ve had in my whole career. I’m glad that they didn’t pay a wage I had to depend on for livelihood because I was let go after almost 2 weeks of training because I sat on about 10 voicemails in 3 days and heard them all the way through (wasn’t sure what to dispo them as and explained, was praised yesterday for improving and the fired today right before start).

Thank you for sharing your experience and providing candid feedback. We understand that our training and quality standards may feel highly structured, particularly in roles where compliance, customer experience, and accuracy are critical. During training, our goal is to provide frequent coaching, feedback, and support to help new team members succeed and become comfortable with our processes. We recognize that not every role or work environment is the right fit for every individual. While we strive to balance accountability with coaching and development, we appreciate hearing different perspectives on how our processes are experienced by new hires. At AWL, we remain committed to providing remote work opportunities, comprehensive training, and an environment where employees can learn, grow, and contribute to our shared success. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
