get to work with stat boards and healthcare sector and get exposure to work done. opportunities to work on projects alone and learn everything from head to toe there are opportunities for promotion if you are interested in the services they provide
Cons
Lots of changes in directions and firefighting involved at the current stage of the company. mostly work alone and not much team spirit. be prepared to learn on the job. need to manage expectations and appease clients requests development work is mostly fixing issues, not so much of building new features
