Challenging Projects, Companies' projects can provide employees with engaging work and the employees always are occupied with work

Cons

High Workload. Micromanagement can hinder creativity and autonomy in your work. Poor Work-Life Balance, Companies with long hours and rigid schedules may affect your personal life and overall well-being. Company culture that doesn't align with my values and work style leading to dissatisfaction.

get to work with stat boards and healthcare sector and get exposure to work done. opportunities to work on projects alone and learn everything from head to toe there are opportunities for promotion if you are interested in the services they provide

Cons

Lots of changes in directions and firefighting involved at the current stage of the company. mostly work alone and not much team spirit. be prepared to learn on the job. need to manage expectations and appease clients requests development work is mostly fixing issues, not so much of building new features

A lot cannot work people, we need more people that can work so I can assign the task to you and take credit. We need more people that can work to take the politic arrow for me and you works weekend while I go enjoy my weekend.
