Pros
Can't think of much other than some of the people you meet.
Cons
Cronyism is rampant. Area managers select based on friendship and not interviewing the best applicant. I watched the company tell you to do things and then turn around and fire people for the literally things asked of you. So many self created barriers. If you're a sales driven individual, the red tape and politics will disgust you. If you sell don't sell enough, we'll coach you out. If you sell too much, you'll be investigated and fired that way. One of the worst ran companies I have ever seen. I still have nightmares about working at that toxic place. One way communication. The company doesn't care about changing anything other than continously driving unrealistic voice growth goals, then terminates everybody regardless of they hit or not. It's a big game. The company has zero integrity and everything is about saving face. They make you sign trainings, for example, that it's against policy to knock on doors to solicit sales. Then, immediately the area manager and director of sales will be instructing reps to hit the streets. Regardless of rain, cold, heat, etc.
