      Pros

      Great pay great benefits. Most people at my store were great to work with.

      Cons

      You have no life work balance. If u have kids they dont care if they are sick or what they expect you to be there everyday. No recognition for the good you brought to the company. They only want more and more nothing is good enough ever! Also dont give your 2 weeks because they only let you work the first week than give you no hours the second week no matter how good of an employee you are! When ready to leave give them 2 weeks with only one week left before you start your new job.

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      Pros

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
