-Management and employees talk behind other management and employees backs to other fellow management and employees. -Management degrades you over walkie where everyone currently working can hear as well. -Management picks and chooses which management they’ll accept help from. -Treats new hires (likely teens with their first job) poorly and without respect or encouragement. -Avoids serious 1 on 1’s when issues arrises if it doesn’t seem plausible to them. -If you have an issue with management and bring it up they won’t resume responsibility and say they didn’t think that and doesn’t apologize or take future reference.
