Pros

This job will make you sick quickly.

Cons

Too many to write down. The area managers will expect 100 % for everything. They put pressure to the store managers, and the store managers put pressure to all the staff. You are supposed to.look after everything. When some one call sick, there is no replacement as this will cause the company to pay more. They want to cut the staff cost to the minimum level. The job is very very physical and they expect you to work like a machine throughout your shift. Many staff take the exoerince and leave the job. For minor issues everything is put on staffs head. For outsiders it looks very friendly. However for the workers its a hell. Most worker who are stuck in Aldi are the one who donot want to level.up their skills. For them ALDI is everything. In my opinion there are plenty of job available which are less physical. Being the victim of same management, the bonding between workers are good. However, there are ways issues with something. Working for all these years I dont refer ALDI to anyone. I can understand that people need job. Please try other sectors as ALDI will never praise you and will make you sick within few years of working.
