Cons
Expect 100% everyday as business thrives on employee efficiency. This isn't initially a con but can become one as targets and expectations increase and strain is put on employees. Very hierarchical 1 1/2 paid break for 8-10 shifts (Possibility of an extra half hour unpaid, however in my two years I have only seen this done once) Can be physically and mentally draining
