Pros
Competitive pay for retail, at the time (2017). Seems a little low now, though. The benefits were decent. Everything was very straightforward, which was nice; expectations were clear, and you were either meeting them or you were not.
Cons
Most days are spent working at a grueling pace, whether unloading large trucks or running the store and boxing (front and face), sometimes doing both. Lack of flexible scheduling, and lack of consideration in scheduling, as well. Sometimes you would get out of the building at midnight and be expected back at 6 am, ready to throw a truck.
