Start off on 8.53. And alot of random hours.
Cons
Half hour break on 10 hour shift. No time for rest so you could finish a 12-10pm and be back in at 9 am to finish at 6. And so on. Never ending amount of work . You have about 5-10 jobs at ones. And customers ask you about 1000 questions a day whilst your already stupid busy. Your timed on how long it takes you to work a pallet. So a 8-9ft full of stock and that's ment to rake 30 mins whilst your getting called on till and customers won't leave you alone. You have to scan 1000 items an hour and again if not you get a written walking. I've been there for 5 months and still only have 1 shirt Not enough staff per shift so your a 1 man army with stupid expectations. No ones happy there so it's easy to fall into the mood as everyone else. You have one speed of working. And that's like sonic. You have to run/power walk everywhere. No Care to how you feel. Just get the job done evening it breaks your back.
