Pros
Somewhat decent pay although decieving. (Shift manager position promoted as $16 per hour, but you don't work as a shift manager full time) 40 hours is almost guarunteed to anybody who wants it, Benefits, and yearly raises.
Cons
Where to start? First off, absolutely abysmal training for management, required to work unreasonably long hours with one 30 minute break, working long shifts with very little downtime in between (i.e. work a 10am-10pm then be back in at 5am the next morning for a 5am to 5pm.) Employees are not treated with respect or dignity, Impossible productivity rates, constant adjustments to schedules due to the frequency of people quitting, constantly looking for ways to cut costs which make the job tougher on employees, men are not allowed to grow facial hair (individuality can be lost for some,) focus is on sales and saving money as opposed to developing relationships with customers, and taking time to help the customer.
