I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the pay and progression in your career. We work annually with available market data to ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and recently launched a new framework to enable more career progression opportunities and increases in compensation. In addition to salary, we offer many other perks, rewards, and recognition to elevate the Associate experience. In 2021, 40% of our job vacancies were filled by internal transfers and promotions – we know that giving our Associates career progression opportunities is very important to continued success of our business. Also, we have confidence in our senior leadership team and invest in their development by offering coaching, development opportunities, and measure their leadership effectiveness through a Leadership KPO, surveys, and feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
