I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the pay and progression in your career. We work annually with available market data to ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and recently launched a new framework to enable more career progression opportunities and increases in compensation. In addition to salary, we offer many other perks, rewards, and recognition to elevate the Associate experience.
In 2021, 40% of our job vacancies were filled by internal transfers and promotions – we know that giving our Associates career progression opportunities is very important to continued success of our business. Also, we have confidence in our senior leadership team and invest in their development by offering coaching, development opportunities, and measure their leadership effectiveness through a Leadership KPO, surveys, and feedback.
