      Pros

      The team culture is great With the exception of a few execs, most people are very approachable

      Cons

      The push for 4 days a week, even when working in a team that is spread internationally. In the UK, wages don't move with Inflation and there is little conversation around wage reviews unless you move to other roles internally.

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Cons

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
