Pros
AIG has a culture of continuous learning which is great exposure. There is internal library where you get access to various topics. The company has an inclusive culture across the different departments, which is a great plus.
Cons
The IT systems can be rather dated and there's plenty of manual administrative work to do, alongside your day-to-day job scope. Career progress seems to be on the slower side too.
