      Pros

      Generous PTO, pretty good 401(k).

      Cons

      Annual raises were recently brought back. Large layoffs and now AIG is short staffed. It's a completely different employer than when I started. Some VP's are tyrants. The computer / claims system is awful.

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Cons

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
