Pros
Small company, production staff are great to work with, health benefits are pretty good and there are great options for extra benefits that most companies don't have, they fully vest 401K,
Cons
Management prefers brown noses rather than experience for promotions. Suggestions don't really make a difference because they don't want to invest the time to make the changes. The company is having a hard time getting enough orders to cover expenses and just did a good size lay off in January 2023. Some employees make the work environment hostile.
