Fairly straightforward and normal interview process with the mechanical engineers and engineering manager. They were kind and asked creative questions with a short “test” on solidworks. Total time was about 2 hours.

I was given a product requirement problem statement/diagram and was asked to describe my design approach to fulfill the product requirements.

The manager didn’t seem to know his products or basic job description that I was applying for. HR rep on call only question was -what are my weaknesses? The manager confused himself in regards to salary and was not forth coming on the job I was interviewing for. He constantly spoke of Chris Wells as the standard for the company.
