Pros
Training is second to none. They are efficient and focused on accelerating the skills of sales associates and it shows in how much recruiters called me. They offer many career paths and opportunities for advancement. You can make good money in a short amount of time if you are willing to be dedicated and driven. Every company covets a successful ADP employee.
Cons
In Small Business (SBS), employees are micromanaged to death. 20 phone calls, 20 text messages and 20 email messages a day just from my boss. You can earn your space, but it takes time. Almost drove me nuts. SBS sales reps are the work horses for all other departments. Other departments depend on you for leads (major accounts, total source, insurance services, 401K, etc) and there is not much reciprocation or appreciation for that. Sometimes feel taken advantage of and under-appreciated. Politics come into play when looking to be promoted. There are a lot of unethical sales associates also who do some crazy things to secure deals and they do this knowing what they are doing is wrong.
