I have been working at ADP full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I cannot say enough good things about ADP. Recently joined and am blown away by the training and resources you receive at ADP. I started and quickly had to transition to working from home because of the pandemic - and I still have felt supported by my team and manager every step of the way.

    Cons

The HRBP role is a big role and you need to be flexible and resilient - but a great challenge!

I have been working at ADP full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

I work with a terrific team. My management team is effective, supportive and approachable. ADP Canada has made its vision clear to its employees. During my tenure I have worked in four different roles - ADP is very good at offering opportunity to its employees.

    Cons

My role is in development. At times, I am not completely certain what my responsibilites are. Still not feeling that we are One ADP - various departments are still siloed. The vacation policy is horrible. I need to wait ten years before my entitlement increases? Really? This is not a good reward for employees.
