-The job itself is more of a transactional role with your clients instead of being the relational and strategic position most HR professionals desire and are accustomed to. -The emphasis is on customer satisfaction from an overall account standpoint (payroll, tax, benefits, cost of the service) instead of strategically consulting and advising your clients from an HR standpoint.
