Cons
Micro managed by your team leader/manager, you get pulled into "check in" meetings to discuss why you haven't forced insurance products down people throats. I was looking for a relaxed WFH role but this was far from it, calls dropped in continuously for hours on end. If you went on a toilet break too long you would be questioned. KPI's were literally impossible to achieve and leaders only encouraged you so they looked good. Training was not long enough, you were left to jump in the deep end on calls by yourself and "learn the ropes". Many of us were very anxious and lost. The system is over complicated and the abuse you get from customer regarding premium objections is not worth the job, honestly if you're reading this it was one of my biggest regrets, I advise you to get an admin job anywhere else.
