      Pros

      Amazing team environment, awesome client roster, immediate immersion in the work, opportunity for leadership from an early stage. Company @ Dentsu seems to truly care about employees and offers plenty of work life balance checks, mental health days, etc.

      Cons

      Occasionally long hours but nothing out of keeping with the industry standard.
