Most other media managers were great to work with.
Cons

Pros
Opportunities to work across a large variety of accounts and really own the process.
Cons
Huge turnover as company is unwilling to meet market standards. Continued integration with DAN has led to an overall decrease in enjoyment of working for what was once a creative engaging place. Jacki Kelley once said that this was the most exciting time to be working within this group...while at the same time 12% of global staff were fired, raises and promotions were delayed almost two years, and then these raises hardly keeping pace within the industry. Truly an embarrassing statement from a disconnected individual.

Pros
Diverse skillsets across the team for helpful insights, diverse personalities/culture so you will likely find someone that matches or compliments your work style, communicative (via Teams) when posting questions and information, approachable management who want to help you make time for yourself and your career growth, no timesheet micromanaging
Cons
Some limitations in career paths with standardizing jobs/job requirements post-merger with another dentsu-based SEO group. Long term impact unclear at this time.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Amazing team environment, awesome client roster, immediate immersion in the work, opportunity for leadership from an early stage. Company @ Dentsu seems to truly care about employees and offers plenty of work life balance checks, mental health days, etc.
Cons
Occasionally long hours but nothing out of keeping with the industry standard.
